Keepmoat is a house-building company with a strong commitment to the City of Bristol and extensive history of delivering new homes in the city and wider region.
We have an established track record in Bristol and our projects in the city include Jessop Park in Hartcliffe and Park View in Whitchurch, where we collaborated closely with Bristol City Council to deliver much-needed market and affordable homes for Bristol.
We specialise in transforming sites into sustainable, vibrant communities that are well designed, high quality and provide multi tenure homes. that our extensive house-building record is based on respect and transparency, tailoring our services to meet customer needs. We have an established partnership with Homes England and are delighted to be working on the Brislington Meadows proposals.
We are very conscious of the city’s housing crisis; 70% of the homes we build are for first-time buyers, helping people to get on the housing ladder and relieve pressures on housing shortages. We establish long-term partnerships to deliver high-quality homes, with existing and future residents at the heart of our work.
This is a development that will create a landscape-led, sustainable neighbourhood, delivering high-quality homes as well as making positive contributions towards addressing Bristol’s declared ecological and climate emergencies.
The emerging design proposals centre around the existing site’s natural assets, retaining hedgerows and trees, using the site’s topography to enhance and build on these elements. The Reserved Matters application seeks to deliver on the vision for a sustainable neighbourhood, with open spaces and character areas, underpinned by a sensitive, attractive design.
Our approach will create a thriving, high-quality community while respecting the character and fabric of the neighbourhood.
We are committed to creating opportunities for local people and businesses through this development, working closely with existing residents and boosting the local economy through employment and community initiatives in Brislington.
We held a public consultation on our proposals for Brislington Meadows from 1 July to 1 September 2025. The feedback garnered during this time was invaluable in helping us refine and finalise our plans and we have now submitted a Reserved Matters application to Bristol City Council for 260 new homes on the site.
